Industry collaboration aims to embed interference and jammer cancellation technology into AI-RAN native network architecture

CHICAGO — May 26, 2026 — ISCO International, a leader in signal interference and jammer cancellation technology, today announced the company has become a member of the AI-RAN Alliance. ISCO’s solutions align closely with the AI-RAN Alliance mission to enable AI-native, software-defined, and highly adaptable RAN architectures by ensuring more resilient network performance at the physical layer to deliver hardened performance for critical networks.
ISCO’s patented Interference Management and Cancellation (IMC) software uses advanced digital signal processing to detect, identify, and cancel RF interference in real time, including tropospheric ducting, intentional and unintentional jamming. Through the AI-RAN Alliance, ISCO will integrate its interference mitigation capabilities, enhancing intelligent detection, classification, and mitigation technology into the AI-RAN to improve next-generation RAN performance and resiliency.
“A goal for AI-RAN is the creation of autonomous, intelligent networks that can optimize themselves in real time, operating more cost efficiently and unlocking entirely new services and revenue models,” said Gordon Reichard, CEO of ISCO International. “Realizing this vision, however, requires RF resiliency built into the core of the RAN infrastructure to natively identify and cancel jammers and other sources of interference in real time, ensuring accessible optimum performance and quality of service.”
