ISCO is proud of our experienced team with many years of experience in wireless telecommunications including with Ameritech, SBC, Motorola, Tellabs, Westell, Nokia, and Ericsson. Nearly half of the ISCO team work in engineering and R&D. Over 40% of the team have advanced degrees (Masters or PhD).

Gordon Reichard, Jr
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Reichard joined ISCO as Chief Executive Officer in March 2008. During his tenure at ISCO the Company has achieved profitable operations, steadily increased sales and expanded its product and service offerings. Under Gordon, the Company has introduced its new all-digital signal processing platform expanding the addressable market to match the growth of wireless carrier networks worldwide. Additional expansion initiatives included diversification into software solutions and services.
Gordon began his career as an electrical engineer in 1981 at the ground floor of the technology and communication products industry. Throughout his successful career he has gained significant experience in sales, sales engineering, product management, business development, customer service and executive management in both service and product companies.
In 1999 Gordon founded Telenisus Corporation, a managed infrastructure services provider delivering Internet and network security services to business customers, and served as its President and CEO. Prior to Telenisus, Gordon spent 8 years with Ameritech concluding his career there as President and General Manager of Ameritech's successful Advanced Data Services business. In addition Mr. Reichard has worked at Westell as VP of Marketing, the Magis Group as a management consultant and US Robotics / 3Com in various marketing roles.
Gordon holds his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He has given back to the community by donating his time to help young people prepare to become successful adults at ITT, ChicagoTech Academy in addition to numerous other youth sport organizations.

Amr Abdelmonem, PhD
President
Dr. Amr Abdelmonem is the President of ISCO International. He is responsible for the technical vision and defining the optimal direction of the technology and strategic partnership efforts with wireless service and equipment providers.
Amr has more than 100 US and International patents. Based on his inventions, which are at the cutting edge of wireless networks interference technology, ISCO has been named by CRAINS as Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Chicagoland several years in a row.
Amr invented a new technique for optimizing commercial wireless networks. This patented invention facilitates operators in deploying self-optimizing network (SON) and 5G technologies. With a blend of outstanding technical skills and business acumen, he has developed business solutions including C-RAN concepts for monitoring and managing networks and PIM solutions for Tier 1 US wireless operators, creating several $500 million market opportunities and managing global sites across China, Korea, Japan and Canada as well as the US. Amr built a team that accelerated the development of key 4G and 5G LTE software and hardware solutions. Amr was also in charge of the implementation of the first successful worldwide field trial of a superconductor filter in a cellular base station.
Amr has vast experience with sourcing hardware from the Far East. He also has done business with many International wireless players in Europe, Japan, India and the Middle East.
Prior to joining ISCO, Amr held teaching positions in academia.
Dr. Abdelmonem holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of Maryland. He has more than 25 years of experience in RF and wireless.
Dr. Abdelmonem is an IEEE Senior Member; he has published numerous papers for industry conferences and trade journals. He serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations.

Bob Lukaszewicz
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lukaszewicz joined the Company in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, responsible for managing all financial and administrative activities of the corporation.
Prior to ISCO, Bob served as CFO and COO of Fairpointe Capital LLC and led finance and operations for fifteen years for Institutional Capital (ICAP), a Large Cap Value Manager in Chicago. At ICAP Bob was instrumental in start-up and growth of the ICAP Funds family from $200,000 to over $2.0 billion, which helped fuel ICAP's growth from $2.5 billion in assets under management to $16 billion. He was also Assistant Controller at The Yarmouth Group and started his career at CNA Insurance. Bob is a C.P.A. with a B.S. degree from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from DePaul University.

Jim Grzyb
VP Product Management and Business Development
Mr. Grzyb is Vice President of Product Management and Business Development, responsible for all aspects of ISCO's product line, including the evolution to new solutions and technologies. Prior to joining ISCO, Jim held leadership positions in Business Development/Sales, Product Line Management, Engineering, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Professional Services and Support throughout a 20+ year career with a variety of telecommunications companies including Tellabs, Rockwell-Wescom and Centel. Jim has an MBA from Lewis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
